82-14-B: ALL PERSONS BROUGHT TO THE BREVARD COUNTY JAIL, UNDER AUTHORITY OF A CAPIAS, SHALL IMMEDIATELY BE ADMITTED TO THE JAIL AND PROCESSED INTO THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AS ANY OTHER PERSONS WOULD BE PROCESSED INTO THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM – ORDERED 8/03/1982 BY J. WILLIAM WOODSON

This Court being aware that certain Capias related admissions to the Brevard County jail create administrative problems and delays with such admissions, therefore:

IT IS ORDERED that all persons brought to the Brevard County jail, under authority of a Capias, shall immediately be admitted to the jail and processed into the judicial system as any other persons would be processed into the judicial system.

DONE AND ORDERED IN Chambers at the Brevard County Courthouse, Titusville, Florida, this 3rd day of August 1982.
