IN RE: JUDGES – Caseload Assignment – Reassignment of Cases Assigned to Judge Mark E. Herr The court having determined that Judge Mark E. Herr should not hear cases in which attorney Michael Mendoza, Bar # 1020250, appears, it is ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which attorney Michael Mendoza, Bar # 1020250, appears as attorney of record for any party shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders, unless said attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect. If an attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect, the case shall not be reassigned to the next judge in rotation.
