The Seminole County Sheriff has requested the court to allow selected inmates to be placed into the Work Release Program without further judicial intervention after sentence has been imposed or upon meeting presentencing qualifications. After due consideration of the request, IT IS ADJUDGED: 1. Offenders who meet the criteria below may be placed in the Work Release Program and the limit of their confinement is extended for that purpose without further order of court. 2.
