The court having determined that Judge Kathryn Speicher should not hear cases in which Attorney Brynn Brito, Bar #227470, appears, ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which Attorney Brynn Brito, Bar #227470 appears as attorney of record for any party shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders.
The Honorable Benjamin B. Garagozlo, a qualified county court judge in Brevard County, is hereby temporarily assigned to supplement and aid the circuit judges in Brevard County by hearing, conducting, and determining all matters in circuit civil division cases in Brevard County.
The following Brevard division assignments will be effective July 1, 2024, unless otherwise specified.
WHEREAS the Chief Judge “shall regulate the use of all court facilities,” as provided in 2.215(b)(7), Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration; IT IS ORDERED that all locked jury restrooms are to be used only by the jurors or as any Judge directs. Garagozlo should not hear cases in which Security First Insurance Company, Brevard County School District, and Brevard Physician Associates PLLC appear as parties, therefore all pending or newly filed cases in which Security First Insurance Company, Brevard County School District, and Brevard Physician Associates PLLC appear as parties shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders.

Effective, June 1, 2024, all civil traffic hearings scheduled with offense locations in the Central/South Region shall be set to be heard at the Moore Justice Center at 2825 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL 32940. All cases from the above dockets are to be rescheduled for an appearance at the Moore Justice Center at 2825 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL 32940, on the same date and at the same time as previously noticed. The Clerk shall mail a copy of this order to all previously notified defendants.
