IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED; All cases previously referred to and pending in the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program as of December 19, 2011, will remain in the program through the completion of mediation and are to continue in accordance with the requirements in Administrative Order 10-09-B 2nd Amended. Effective December 20, 2011, Administrative Order 10-09-B 2ND AMENDED SUPERSEDES 10-09-B AMENDED: IN RE: Foreclosure – Mediation Case Management of Residential Foreclosure Cases and Mandatory Referral of Mortgage Foreclosure Cases Involving Homestead Residences to Mediation, is hereby rescinded.
