12-02-B, SUPERSEDES 10-09-B 2ND AMENDED IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS - RESCINDS ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS - ORDERED 1/10/2012 BY ALAN A. DICKEY

WHEREAS, the Managed Mediation Program for Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Cases, Supreme Court Administrative Order 11-44 dated December 19, 2011 terminated the statewide managed mediation program;

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED; All cases previously referred to and pending in the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program as of December 19, 2011, will remain in the program through the completion of mediation and are to continue in accordance with the requirements in Administrative Order 10-09-B 2nd Amended. Effective December 20, 2011 Administrative Order 10-09-B 2ND AMENDED SUPERSEDES 10-09-B AMENDED: IN RE: Foreclosure – Mediation Case Management of Residential Foreclosure Cases and Mandatory Referral of Mortgage Foreclosure Cases Involving Homestead Residences to Mediation, is hereby rescinded.

DONE AND ORDERED this 10th day of January 2012.
