Requests to the Eighteenth Judicial Courts for official public records can be made by filling in the form below.
Public Records Disclosure: Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. Do not send electronic mail to this entity if you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
Eighteenth Judicial Circuit is governed by Rule 2.420, Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. pursuant to the Florida Supreme Court’s authority in the Florida Constitution. Rule 2.420 specifically governs the public’s access to judicial branch records. Alternatively, Florida Statute 119 governs the court records which are filed in court cases with the Office of the County Clerk whom maintains those public records. If you are seeking court filings, we respectfully direct you to the Clerk of the Court in the county where the case originated. Records in cases that have been finalized are transferred to the Florida State Archives or returned to the Clerk of the Court in the county of origin.
