18TH CIRCUIT JUDICIAL NOMINATING COMMISSION REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS

NOTICE: The Eighteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission announces a vacancy in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit that was created by the retirement of Judge Nancy Maloney.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must meet the qualifications for Circuit Court Judges described in the Florida Constitution.

APPLICATIONS: Applications can be downloaded from https://www.flgov.com/judicial-and-judicial-nominating-commission-information/ under the term “Applications.” Use the “Judicial Appointment Application 2022” on the webpage.

All applicants must deliver:

  1. One complete unredacted copy with all attachments in PDF format by email to andrew@andrewpickettlaw by 5:00 p.m. on AUGUST 19, 2024.
  2. One redacted PDF version of the application only (without attachments) by email to andrew@andrewpickettlaw.com by 5:00 p.m. on AUGUST 19, 2024, redacting information as allowed by law. Redacted applications may be made available to the public as received by the Commission. It is the applicant’s responsibility to redact personal information and information protected from disclosure under Florida law.

INTERVIEWS: The date and location for the interviews will be published at a later date.
