EXCERPT: “WHEREAS there are instances where the final judgment in a dissolution of marriage action is silent as to the date child support payments are to commence.
WHEREAS, when the final judgment is silent as to the commencement of child support payments, there must be a default schedule to determine deadlines for payment of child support. It is thereupon, ORDERED: (Open AO for more information.)”
