EXCERPT: “WHEREAS law clerks have special ethical obligations as a result of their employment with the court; NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that the attached Code of Conduct for Law Clerks is adopted to govern the activities of the law clerks on the court’s staff in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. DONE and SIGNED in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, Brevard County, this 15 day of August 1994.”
