The court having determined that Judge Sylvia Grunor should not hear cases in which Attorney Mitchel B. Krause, Florida Bar Number 860670, appears, it is ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which Attorney Mitchel B. Krause, Florida Bar Number 860670, appears as attorney of record for any party shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders, unless said attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect. If an attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect, the case shall not be reassigned to the next judge in rotation.
