25-36-S IN RE: JUDGES - CASELOAD ASSIGNMENT - REASSIGNMENT OF CASES ASSIGNED TO JUDGE CHRISTOPHER SPRYSENSKI - ORDERED 9/24/2025 BY MELANIE CHASE

The court, having determined that Judge Christopher Sprysenski should not hear cases in which attorneys Tanya White, Florida Bar Number 1004636, or Andrea Black, Florida Bar Number 521426, appear, it is

ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which attorneys Tanya White, Florida Bar Number 1004636, or Andrea Black, Florida Bar Number 521426, appear as attorney of record for any party shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders, unless said attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect. If an attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect, the case shall not be reassigned to the next judge in rotation.
