23-23-S IN RE: JUDGES - CASELOAD ASSIGNMENT - REASSIGNMENT OF CASES ASSIGNED TO JUDGE MELANIE CHASE - ORDERED 06/14/2023 BY JESSICA RECKSIEDLER

EXCERPT: “The court having determined that Judge Melanie Chase should not hear cases in which attorney Hubert Kyle Fletcher, Jr, Bar#930628 appears, it is ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which attorney Hubert Kyle Fletcher, Jr, Bar#930628 appears as attorney of record for any party shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders, unless said attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect. If an attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect, the case shall not be reassigned to the next judge in rotation.”
