The court having determined that Judge Debra L. Krause should not hear cases in which attorney Warren Lindsey, Bar #299111 and Matthew Ferry, Bar#28950 appears, it is ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which attorney Warren Lindsey, Bar #299111 and Matthew Ferry, Bar#28950 appears as attorney of record shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders.
