15-21-B IN RE: DEPENDENCY COURT – ORDER ASSIGNING ALL JUDGES TO DEPENDENCY COURT - ORDERED 2/18/2015 BY JOHN M. HARRIS

Rule 2.215(b)(3), of the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, states that the Chief Judge shall develop an administrative plan for the efficient and proper administration for all courts within the circuit;

Rule 8.305(b)(14), Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure, requires judges assigned to dependency cases hear shelter hearings;

Section 39.013(2), Florida Statutes, vests jurisdiction with the circuit court for dependency proceedings;

In accordance with the authority vested in the Chief Judge by Florida Rules of Judicial Administration and in conjunction with existing administrative orders.

It is hereby ORDERED: That all judges are assigned as alternate dependency judges.

DONE AND ORDERED this 18th day of February 2015.
