13-26-S IN RE: JUDGES - CASELOAD ASSIGNMENT - RE-ASSIGNMENT OF CASES ASSIGNED TO JUDGE JAMES J. DEKLEVA
The court having determined that Judge James J. DeKleva should not hear cases in which any attorney from the Law Firm of Matthews Ryan Bark, P.A. appears, it is ORDERED that all pending and all newly filed cases in which any attorney from the Law Firm of Matthews Ryan Bark, P.A. appears as attorney of record shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders.
