02-12-B, SUPERSEDES 91-81-CI IN RE: CONSOLIDATION OF CIVIL CASES IN BREVARD COUNTY - ORDERED 2/11/2002 BY BRUCE W. JACOBUS

For the purposes of uniformity and evenness in caseload management responsibilities, the Circuit Judges for Brevard County, Florida have determined that civil cases shall be consolidated on the following bases:

  1. All civil cases subject to consolidation, except consolidation for discovery only, the Clerk of the Court shall consider the latest filed case number as closed and file all originals only in the first filed case number.
  2. All motions for consolidation of cases shall be brought before the Judge who will receive the case or cases to be consolidated with his/her assigned case.

DONE AND ORDERED this 11th day of February 2002.
