The following Brevard division assignments will be effective July 1, 2024, unless otherwise specified.

The court having determined that Judge Scott Blaue should not hear cases in which attorneys R. Scott Robinson, Mark S. Peters, and Gregory W. Eisenmenger appears, it is ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which R. Scott Robinson, Mark S. Peters, and Gregory W. Eisenmenger, appears as attorney of record for any party shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders.

24-01 2nd Amended

That qualified circuit judges in Brevard and Seminole Counties are authorized and directed to supplement and aid the county judges of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit by sitting as county judges.
