The court having determined that Judge D. Galluzzo should not hear cases in which attorney Maria Ianni Cari, Bar#491780 appears, it is ORDERED that all pending or newly filed cases in which attorney Maria Ianni Cari, Bar#491780 appears as attorney of record for any party shall be reassigned to the next judge in rotation pursuant to pending or existing administrative orders, unless said attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect. If an attorney files a Notice of Appearance in a case with a known recusal order in effect, the case shall not be reassigned to the next judge in rotation.

Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida under Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, Rule 2.215, I hereby appoint Brian DeSanto to serve as a Dependency and Truancy General Magistrate for the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, to perform his duties in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes, federal law, court rules, and the terms and conditions of the Title IV-D program.
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Unless otherwise ordered by the presiding judge in an adoption proceeding, the Clerk shall not release final judgments in those matters from the court file for recording in the official records.
2. All other provisions of Sections 63.162(2) and 39.814(3), Florida Statutes, concerning access to court files in these types of proceedings shall be followed by the Clerk.
3. This Administrative Order shall have immediate effect.
Under Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215, the Chief Judge orders that all judges, judicial assistants, trial clerks, and attorneys appearing in this Court, as well as Court Administration, shall abide by the following Administrative Order 22-23.
