2006 Admin Order 06-27-s

I, TONYA RAINWATER, Chief Judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit of Florida, hereby assign First Appearance Judges in Seminole County to preside in juvenile shelter hearings on an as needed basis, when neither sitting Juvenile Judge is available. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this assignment shall obviate the need for said shelter hearings to be reviewed as set forth in § 39.402 (12) Florida Statutes.

2006 Admin Order 06-26

It is hereby ordered; In accordance with F.S. 43.26(f), the Trial Court Administrator of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit is granted the authority to bind the circuit in contract.

The court finds that it is necessary to establish a set for specific qualifications for arbitrators in order for their names to appear on the circuit list of qualified arbitrators maintained in accordance with administrative order 05-23-b of this court.
