2002 Admin Order 02-24-b

It is hereby ORDERED that whenever child support is hereinafter ordered such order shall contain a provision for group health insurance available at a reasonable rate or in the alternative, to those eligible, health insurance for minors available through the Florida Kid Care Program. If the inability to pay previously ordered support is due to lack of suitable employment, then the judicial officer is authorized to order that the obligor not paying child support for that reason to register at one of the Brevard Job Link Offices and/or the Parenting Resource and Education Program (PREP) to conduct a good faith effort to find work and to further authorize release of the information to a representative of the judiciary to verify compliance with the order.

2002 Admin Order 02-19-s

It is Ordered That the Clerk of the Court is hereby directed and may, on her own initiative, dismiss any offense not previously disposed. That any outstanding fine, cost or other court requirement relating to any previously disposed offense is hereby suspended. That any outstanding warrant, commitment order or license suspension relating to such outstanding cases is hereby recalled, cancelled and satisfied.
