The Supreme Court specifically addressed this matter in Alexdex Corporation v. Nachon Enterprises, Inc., 641 So. 2nd 858 (Fla. 1994).
Accordingly, Administrative Order No. 93-94-Ci is rescinded but any action taken pursuant thereto prior to this date shall not be affected by this order.
DONE and ORDERED this 20th day of January 1995.”
