										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This Court being aware that certain Capias related admissions to the Brevard County jail create administrative problems and delays with such admissions, therefore:</p>
<p>IT IS ORDERED that all persons brought to the Brevard County jail, under authority of a Capias, shall immediately be admitted to the jail and processed into the judicial system as any other persons would be processed into the judicial system.</p>
<p>DONE AND ORDERED IN Chambers at the Brevard County Courthouse, Titusville, Florida, this 3rd day of August 1982.</p>
