										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Whereas</strong>, the Office of the Brevard County Property Appraiser has agreed to block the addresses of court staff (judicial assistants, family court evaluator, deputy clerks of court, and other court personnel deemed appropriate per the chief judge) upon order of the Court; and <strong>Whereas</strong>, the court is a criminal justice agency for the purposes of <a title="Search Florida Statutes. Opens in a new browser window." href="http://www.leg.state.fl.us/STATUTES/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chapter 119, Florida Statues</a>; and <strong>Whereas</strong>, <a title="Search Florida Statutes. Opens in a new browser window." href="http://www.leg.state.fl.us/STATUTES/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">F.S. 119.07</a> exempts from public disclosure the home addresses of active or former law enforcement personnel; it is therefore <strong>ORDERED</strong> that the addresses and property records of court staff (judicial assistants, family court evaluators, deputy clerks of court, and other court personnel deemed appropriate per the chief judge) be blocked from public disclosure upon request.</p>
<p><strong>DONE and ORDERED</strong> this 9th day of May 2001.</p>
