Upon submission, this form will be sent to the Court for review and then to the Central Florida Media Committee for final approval. The information below will be used for verification of media credentials. Seating passes must be picked up in person and a photo ID, press ID, and signature will be required.
Seating capacity in the courtroom is limited and space must also be made available to family members and the general public. Consequently, we will not be able to accommodate all the requests from the media. For this reason, national networks sending multiple news reporters and producers should expect to share seats using a fair rotation system.
The application deadline for a reserved seating pass is March 15. All applicants will receive notification of their application status via email by April 15, 2013. We will not be able to reply to inquiries before April 15.
By submitting the application below, you are verifying that you have read and will adhere to Administrative Order No. 12-35, “Administrative Rules – Media Coverage of Special Interest/High Profile Cases.” Failure to abide by the Administrative Order may result in the revocation of your reserved media pass.
This Order is available for review here.
